eight to nine
Eight to nine means goodbye to the year 2008 and welcome to the year 2009; welcome to lots of discount stuff as well as to Santa Claus, winter time, and fireworks.
In Hong Kong, Christmas is a festival which is celebrated by everyone regardless their religious backgrounds. For about 5% of the population it maybe a religious celebration, for others it's about being kind and giving out, for most people it's about holidays, parties, and shopping.
For me, it's a bit of every reason I had mentioned but above all of those, it's a opportunity to celebrate another street moment.
